About Prism
A prism takes a single beam of light and shows the full spectrum inside it. That is what we do with AI: one prompt becomes a whole capability.
Our faculty
Prism is taught by industry experts: senior practitioners from finance, supply chain, HR, sales and operations who have run large teams and now build with AI on their own work.
- Senior practitioners
Each facilitator brings 15 or more years in a business function, including leading teams and budgets.
- AI in daily use
Facilitators build and use AI assistants and agents in their own work, so every example comes from practice, not from slides.
- Certified to teach Prism
Before leading a session, each facilitator completes the Prism master-trainer programme: co-delivery, assessment practice and observed teaching.
- Quality assured
Every programme is observed against the Prism facilitation standard, and participant feedback is reviewed after every cohort.
The profiles of the facilitators for each programme are shared with participants before it starts.
Why Prism exists
Most AI training either stays at the level of tips and tricks, or goes technical too quickly. Senior professionals need something different: a safe, repeatable way of working with AI on their own work, and the confidence to build tools their teams will use. Prism was designed for them.
