At the end, each person decides whether to add their result to the team summary. Nothing is added without that choice.
See your summary
From five results: the level spread, strengths and gaps by area, readiness signals and recommended modules.
Designed so no one can be singled out
- You never see anyone’s individual answers, name or result.
- Nothing is shown until at least five people have added their results.
- Below ten results, levels are shown only in three broad bands. From ten, any level with fewer than three people is shown as “fewer than 3”.
- The summary counts results received up to yesterday, so you cannot tell who has just finished.
- Area scores are team averages only, with no breakdown by function or role.
- Free-text answers are never sent to us.
