Who we are
This website is operated by Conquer Training & Development Centre, Room 18, Al Jahidh Girls School, Al Rashidiya, Dubai (trade licence number), for its Prism Executive AI Capability programme. Conquer is responsible for the personal information collected here.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, work email, phone number if given, organisation, job title, your interest and any message you write. If you request Prism Advisory, we also collect your description of the problem, the systems involved and your timeline. If you set up a team check, we collect your name, work email, organisation, team name and the number of people you plan to invite. The AI Capability Check is covered in the next section.
The AI Capability Check and badge
The quick check and the five-minute check are scored in your browser. Your answers, your result and any name you type on the badge are not sent to us. The badge image is made on your device. Nothing leaves your browser unless you choose one of two things: sending your result with an enquiry or an Advisory request, or adding your anonymous result to the Index (below).
The UAE Executive AI Capability Index
If you choose to add your result, we store: your level and five area scores, your function, role, team size band, the tools you use, your answers about approved tools and data policy, the tasks you ticked, the page language, the month and day it was received, how long the check took, and a team code if you came through a team link. We do not store your name, email, free-text answers or IP address. If you came through a team link, your result is also counted in an anonymous summary for the person who set up the team check, shown only once at least 5 people have taken part. We publish only aggregated results, and only for groups large enough that no individual can be identified (at least 30 results). You cannot withdraw a single anonymous result later, because we cannot tell which one is yours.
Why we use it
Only to respond to your enquiry, send programme dates and fees, arrange registration, or scope an Advisory request. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
Prism enquiries and Advisory requests are handled by the Prism team at Conquer Training & Development Centre and are used only for Prism. They are not passed to Conquer’s other training services. Google’s Google Sheets service stores enquiries and Index results on our behalf. Confirm with legal: Google may store this data outside the UAE
How long we keep it
Enquiries and Advisory requests: 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Anonymous Index results are kept for comparing editions over time.
Team checks
If you create a team check we store your name, work email, organisation, the team name, the number of people you plan to invite, whether Prism may contact you, and a scrambled (hashed) form of your private summary link. Members who add their results to the team summary are stored in the same anonymous way as Index results, tagged with the team code. Sponsors see only the summary described on the For teams page: nothing until five results, broad bands below ten, small groups hidden, results up to yesterday, and no free text.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, by writing to info@conquertdc.com. We handle personal data in line with applicable UAE data-protection law.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits: it records the page, the referring site, the campaign tags in the link, and the browser and country in aggregate, without cookies and without identifying you. Confirm once analytics is switched on; update if the service changes to Plausible
