Terms of sale and refunds

Who you are buying from
Prism programmes are sold and delivered by Conquer Training & Development Centre (Conquer Training & Development Center L.L.C, Dubai trade licence no. 744830), Office 205, Port Saeed, Deira, Dubai. Conquer issues your invoice, receives your payment and issues certificates.
Fees and VAT
Fees are quoted in UAE dirhams and include VAT at 5% unless the quote says otherwise. We confirm the fee in writing before you pay. Conquer issues a VAT tax invoice for every payment.
How to pay
Individuals pay by card through a secure payment link. Organisations pay by bank transfer against Conquer’s tax invoice, within 30 days of the invoice and before the programme starts. Card details are handled by our payment provider, Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
When your place is confirmed
Your place is confirmed when we receive full payment / a deposit of 50%. Any balance is due 14 days before the programme starts. We email you when your place is confirmed.
If you cancel
More than 14 days before the start: full refund. 7 to 14 days before: 50% refund, or a free transfer to a later date. Less than 7 days before, or if you do not attend: no refund, but you may send a colleague in your place. Tell us in writing at info@conquertdc.com.
Transfers and substitutes
You may move to a later open programme once, free of charge, up to 7 days before the start. An organisation may send a different participant at no cost up to the day before the programme; tell us the new name so we can prepare.
If we cancel or change a programme
An open programme runs with at least 8 participants. If it does not reach that number, or we have to cancel for any other reason, we tell you at least 10 working days before the start and you choose a full refund or a place on another date. We may change the venue within Dubai or the facilitator; the programme content and hours stay as published.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the card or bank account you paid from, within 14 days of the cancellation. We are not responsible for travel or other costs you arrange yourself.
Certificates
Certificates are issued by Conquer under its KHDA licence to participants who meet the completion rules on the programme page.

Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the UAE confirm with legal.
